Lin Pattullo was born in Glasgow in 1949 and brought up on the Ayrshire coast. Lin always loved drawing and sketching and this enthusiasm continued through an early career in nursing. Returned to painting full time when the family grew up and works from a studio on the outskirts of Glasgow. Lin works outside whenever the Scottish climate permits and finds inspiration in many areas of Scotland but the brilliant colours of the Mediterranean have also become a favourite subject. Her paintings are mainly in oil. Lin is a member of the Glasgow Society of Women Artists and of the Paisley Art Institute.
